I’ve always been really grateful that T-Mobile has really patient and friendly customer service people, but I was really lucky today because I had a lot of things I needed to be done and I was very tired. I’ve been traveling all day and incredible heat,but I got to meet Ernie and within about 10 minutes we were able to fix all of my problems with back up setting up a payment arrangement as well as getting a new screen protector because I had insurance he was able to accomplish all this less than 10 minutesThe knowledge of these people have is incredible.
